Solutions architect at Swiss Post in the Customer Touchpoints area. Co-responsible for the architecture and design of the new platform for branches: a full-stack modulithic / hexagonal solution built using domain-driven design. Working as a hands-on, coding architect deeply involved with the DevOps team’s processes. Also responsible for the architecture of various in-house solutions (partners portal, domicile services, ATMs) and contributor to the introduction of Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), Agentic AI, and API contracts at Swiss Post.

Senior Lead Developer & Solution Architect March 2018 – June 2022

Solution design and architecture of the Finnova Investment Cockpit, a state-of-the-art portfolio management solution for Finnova, a leading Swiss core banking software provider. Desing of a Spring Boot + Angular dashboard solution offering advanced customization, user-defined widgets, and streamlined portfolio rebalancing workflows. Integration of turnkey components such as OAuth2 authentication and OpenShift-based cloud deployment, with CI/CD and modern testing tooling (E2E with Cypress, API load tests with k6).

Senior Java Developer February 2015 – February 2018

Senior Java developer at UBS on the Straight-Through Mandate Processing program — a multi-application system with a Tomcat / Spring / Hibernate backend and an Eclipse RCP frontend, using an Xtext model-driven approach to generate artifacts. Led the 20-developer team’s migration from Subversion to a modern Git workflow with feature branches and code reviews (Bitbucket + Jenkins pipelines).

Senior Java & Ruby Developer May 2014 – January 2015

Implementation of the new Java EE / SOA myHelsana.ch customer portal at Helsana (Switzerland’s 2nd-largest health insurer). Migrated the team to Git (Bitbucket), introduced new Jenkins CI/CD build pipelines, and developed a monitoring application for the portal.
